- shredded old Salmon
This was very filling..
Coming back Home i was so hungry before Dinner.
Breakfast:We were planning to go to Walmart to Shop.
I happened to read some where that oats are filling before Shopping,So, gave it a try..

- over ripen mini banana
- skim milk
- 1/4 tsp Peanut Butter
- kashi granola topping.
Oat meal is not not my favourite , so i was not able to finish the Bowl..
