LUNCH



Had the same leftover from Yesterday.Biriyani tastes great the following day..Just to be filling i wanted to have a chappathi along with my Rice.. and Chicken.


I was graving something very sweet after lunch , i know, i down want to be tempted to have the halloween candy, so i took some grapes and a full glass of Water.Perfect..No more candy Craving...






Snack


After Breakfast i felt like that i was Starving..I just wants to stay away from opening the Frigde to eat something..So i immediately picked up the Apple to munch on before i hit the treadmill for a 30 minute Walk after a LOOOOOON GAP of 10 days

I took some time to choose between Upma and a Bagel and finally I voted for a bagel with a
