Sunday Dinner: 2 Chappathis, 2 dosa , cauliflower peas Masala.
Evening Snacks:Pop Pop POP CORNS

Sunday Lunch: Tomato rice, Veggies ,pickles and condensed Milk.




Sunday Breakfast: 2 whole wheat Eggo Blueberry waffles

No Breakfast day


I did not eat my breakfast, i was so full from the last night dinner which i think i had little too much.so, I started the day with some Coffee and then a Green tea.
Lunch:
  • 1 Whole wheat toast
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Condensed Milk and Powdered Cookies and Almonds(2 serving)

Lunch and Dinner

Lunch:Minced Chappathis and Coconut Water.

  • left over Chappathi
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/4 cup Lima beans
  • Tomato
  • chiili powder
  • Green Chilles
  • Yogurt

Dinner was heavy:

  • 21/2 Idlis
  • 1 Drumstick chicken
  • 1 parotta
  • 2 cups of Gravy.

What did i Eat Today?/

Breakfast:
  • Black Coffee
  • British Toast(1/2 Egg,Whole Wheat toast)
  • 1/4 Rim of Shibani's Star Toast.
Snack:
Sweet Rolls
  • 1/4 Cup Condensed milk
  • Almonds-5
  • cracker-3
  • Ground it and Microwave 30 Seconds and Roll it into Balls.

Lunch:

  • Curry Rice
  • Applam
  • water

Dinner:Comfort food

  • Vegetable Wheat Noodles
  • Curd Rice.

Blogging makes ME LUCKY






My Husband planned for the Lunch outside. Since i started to blog i am going out to eat the Second time..WOW..



It is a new place in our Town.It was Good.The soup was Yummy.I just felt very shy to take a picture , my husband helped me with this..






I had Tortilla chicken Soup and Asian Salad.




WOW, the BIG SALAD PLATE MADE ME FULL by just seeing it, i had a couple of Bites and had the super filling SOUP.

LUNCH



Had the same leftover from Yesterday.Biriyani tastes great the following day..Just to be filling i wanted to have a chappathi along with my Rice.. and Chicken.


I was graving something very sweet after lunch , i know, i down want to be tempted to have the halloween candy, so i took some grapes and a full glass of Water.Perfect..No more candy Craving...
